HLWN Running – Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of the HLWN Running website (“Site”) and any purchases you make from HLWN Running (the “Brand”). By creating an account, browsing, or buying, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Registration & Account
-Register with HLWN Running to view, track and manage your orders, and to set up returns or exchanges.
-You may store payment details on our secure server for faster checkout.
-You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Orders & Payment
-When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase the listed products. Your order is confirmed only after we send you an email confirmation.
-Payment is required at the time of purchase. Your card will be charged immediately upon order processing.

4. Secure Payments
-All payments are encrypted using industry‑standard SSL technology.
-We do not store your card numbers. Payment processing is handled by Xendit, please review Xendit’s security policy for details.
-Accepted payment methods include major credit/debit cards and PayPal.

5. Privacy & Data
-Personal information you provide is protected under Indonesian Law (Law No. 11/2008 on Electronic Information and Transactions, as amended) Ministry of Communication and Digital of the Republic of Indonesia.
-We collect only what is necessary to fulfil your order and improve our services.

6. Intellectual Property
-The Site and all its content (text, images, logos, product designs, etc.) are the exclusive property of PT. Global Kreatif Manufaktur under Directorate General of Intellectual Property (DGIP), the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. And World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
-No rights to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works are granted unless expressly permitted in writing.

7. Promotional Codes
-Promo codes may be entered on the shopping‑basket page and will be applied automatically.
-Codes cannot be used on exchange items, bundle items, or in conjunction with other promotions.
-The Brand reserves the right to refuse or revoke a code at any time.

8. Errors & Omissions
-While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. If a product’s description, price, or specification is incorrect, we may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
-Colour representations on screen are approximations; slight variations may occur.

9. Order Confirmation & Changes
-An email confirmation is sent as soon as we receive your order.
-If you experience any payment issues, contact support@hlwnrunning.com immediately.

10. Prices & Delivery
-All prices are listed in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah) and USD (United States Dollar)
-International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, and additional shipping fees.
-Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary by destination.

11. Out‑of‑Stock & Pre‑Orders
-We do not accept pre‑orders for out‑of‑stock items.
-Sign up on the homepage to be notified when an item returns to stock.
-If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we will notify you and refund the full purchase price.

12. Amending or Cancelling an Order
-Once an order has been placed, amendments are not guaranteed.
-You may cancel an order within 14 days of receipt of the confirmation email, provided the order has not been dispatched.
-For EU consumers, the right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations applies.

13. Returns & Refunds
-Returns are excluded of charge. Please contact support@hlwnrunning.com for a return label.
-Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
-Exchanges are permitted where the requested item is in stock and of equal or greater value.

14. Consumer Rights (EU & Indonesia)
-EU consumers have the right to cancel orders within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
-Indonesian consumers are protected under Law No. 8/1999 on Consumer Protection and related regulations.
